Elise is a great host! She communicates clearly and with great detail. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Every detail is attended to. The bed is extremely comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and stocked with plenty of clean linens. Laundry is just outside the door. Kitchen is simple but stocked with the necessary basics. (There are a microwave and stovetop but no oven.) Good closet space and even a few good books to read! I stayed for two months. It couldn't have been more perfect for me. Convenient location, comfortable, clean, easy to access. You will find no more friendly and attentive host than Elise!

My stay at the Pied-a-Terre was fantastic! The space is tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and the layout comfortable. The attention to detail and high quality linens and towels were greatly appreciated. The best aspect of my visit was Superhost Elise. She made me feel comfortable and at home from the moment she greeted me upon my arrival until the time I had to depart for home. Her hospitality, friendliness, understanding and communication were outstanding! Elise went above and beyond for any requests I made and was very thoughtful, mindful and considerate. This space and its' host are true gems!!

Elise is an excellent host, and the apartment is clean, cozy, and in a great location! The room is has all the amenities you would need for a long term stay, and is within walking distance of a red line station. Brookland is also a nice, artsy neighborhood with good restaurants and a weekly farmer's market! In particular, Elise is super sweet and kind and was always very responsive. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Elise as noted before is the consummate host. There were not many issues, but when something came up she was on it immediately to resolve. I would recommend this location to anyone for long term stays. It has everything you need and is very convenient to most parts of the District. Never had any traffic issues. Great value and Elise is a great host. I would not have left but for a job transfer!

The parking, location and privacy is just what I need. There is always a place to park. I have been here for a long stay and it is exactly what I need and want. Elise is helpful and available but does not interfere at all with my stay. The only complaint is that the local Jazz club has not had a show in the last few months. Many restaurants are within a short walk. This place is perfect for a working older single person. I really like the full apartment and private entrance. Laundry access is a big plus. Elise is a great host!
