The space was perfect for what we needed as a family of four who came for a quick visit. The area was quiet and clean, we walked around and even visited the local park. It was an easy 20-minute drive to museums and even quicker to get into MD. The host was super responsive. We were supposed to arrive late evening but instead got in the following morning and needed the wifi for a work call. The host responded in less than 5 mins with the info. I was a little nervous about the cleanliness and pet odor or hair, as it said animals were welcome to stay but there wasn't :-)

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the apartment itself. The view was spectacular. The penthouse had a nice wrap-around balcony, and provided a great birds-eye view of the old historic houses and buildings of the Eastside. Parking was difficult and required us walking down the street to find available parking. But HEY, that's the big city for you! If you like being close to the DC area, listening to siren's, and are OK with using public transportation, then this place is for you. The worst part of our stay was the amount of cannabis odor in the area. The smell of marijuana filled every corner in the neighborhood and even permeated the elevator to the apartment. Some might give that 5 stars, but is was "No Bueno!" for us. We came for the Cherry Blossoms....which were spectacular!
