The perfect Rivertowns escape. Easy walk or drive to MetroNorth train station (35 min to NYC), walking distance to both Dobbs Ferry and Hastings-on-Hudson, with their vibrant downtowns, great restaurants, bars, farmer's market, playgrounds, and more. One block off the 26-mile-long Old Croton Aqueduct Trail (great for running!). Close to Stone Barns, Lyndhurst, Sunnyside, and other lower Hudson Valley attractions. 25-minute drive to the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Our home is stocked with everything you and your family might want if you're visiting the area, whether it's toys and books for your kids/tweens, a fantastic swing set, a full cook's kitchen, cozy entertainment set-up in the living room, or outdoor speakers and a gas grills for your BBQing pleasure.

The pictures don't do this house justice. It's beautiful. A fabulous location with a ton of great restaurants and shops close by. We would happily stay here again.

We live in a wonderful, warm, friendly neighborhood full of families. The 26-mile-long Old Croton Aqueduct runs through it, just down the hill, and is a runner's dream. You can walk along the trail into downtown Dobbs Ferry or Hastings-on-Hudson, to the Dobbs Ferry MetroNorth station to catch the train into the city, or to three wonderful playgrounds within a 20-minute walk.
Parking is available for two cars in our driveway, with ample overnight street parking across the street. 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the Dobbs Ferry MetroNorth train station. BeeLine bus stop at the bottom of the hill on Broadway.
