You'll enjoy access to all the amenities that the upscale community of Olivia Beach has to offer! Dogs welcome for an additional fee. A relaxing retreat awaits you at this Lincoln City 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 1-loft vacation rental beach cabin located in the upscale Olivia Beach development. Inspired by tiny house living, this lovely By-the-Wind Sailor cabin and comfortably sleeps 4, or 6 cozily! Whether you’re seeking a relaxing retreat or an adventurous tour of the Oregon coast, this lovely place will quickly become your favorite beach getaway! *Inquire about adjacent cabin, with optional add-on suite.* Furry friends welcome for an additional fee of $18/night, per dog. This newly built cabin is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home, while enjoying the peace and tranquility only nature can provide with coastal landscaping and common firepit, and additional community amenities. The high lofted ceiling and tranquil colors give you the impression of plenty of space in an otherwise small cabin. Comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace add to the cozy feel. In the fully equipped kitchen, prepare delicious meals and sit down together at the lovely dining nook, which expands for larger parties. Enjoy the entertainment system, with a smart TV, featuring Netflix. Wi-Fi is provided to stay in the loop with the latest news and entertainment. As part of the lovely Olivia Beach Camp Cabins, By-the-Wind Sailor also features a private jacuzzi for your enjoyment, and our 'camp' cabin includes a front yard fire pit for roasting s'mores. There's also a BBQ stand for grilling and making for a memorable beach experience! In the mornings, sip your steamy mug of joe from the cabin’s adjoining deck or front porch while listening to the tranquil sounds of waves crashing in the distance. In the evenings, gather with your loved ones in front of the glowing fire pit while roasting marshmallows and sharing laughs and stories of the day's adventures. Plus, the stars are amazing at the beach cabins on clear nights! Additionally, you’ll have access to the community's 24/7 fitness center year round and an outdoor heated pool, open 10am-8pm, Memorial Day-Labor Day.

My Fiance’ and wanted a quiet night away at the coast and found this adorable little cabin. We were really sad to not be able to stay two nights to really get to enjoy the time spent at the coast. Hopefully we will get to go back and stay again. The space is small but set up efficiently for a comfortable stay. We are not able to use the tv to watch movies which was ok since we took a laptop. The only complaint is the cabin sharing the same deck had 4 guests who were very loud past the 10PM quiet time and spent time out at the fire pit late into the night so the cabin had lots of smoke in it. We had chosen the location because of the quiet time regulations and hoped for a little more but understand the close proximity of the other space. Overall we would like to really return and try again and hopefully for a full weekend.
My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was adorable. Super clean inside and out. The kids loved the loft area and the hot tub was clean and warm. We will definitely be going back.
The unit exceeded our expectations! Good location, very clean, extremely quiet! Perfect for a couple or a small family with pets! Will definitely rent this cabin again!

The cabin is designed to enjoy common recreation areas, like an outdoor heated seasonal swimming pool, deck overlooking the Pacific, and a big central park with a playground and sand volleyball. Beach access is nearby via three routes, and shops and restaurants are located within easy walking distance. Perched at the top of the Olivia Beach community, you’ll have the best of Oregon’s coast right at your doorstep! With three beach access points just minutes from the cabin, you can walk or drive to the stunning oceanfront and begin your next nautical excursion. The tide pools are the best on the central coast, and agates are popular finds on Olivia Beach.
Within Lincoln City you’ll discover a wide array of attractions, including Devil’s Lake State Park where you can spend summer days kayaking with local guides, or in the winter months, you can search the beach for glass floats! Families and friends also gather in the area for kite contests and sand castle building. Shop until you drop at the area’s outlet mall, or explore local shops within walking distance of the cabins.
For a day trip, visit Newport, offering the hip Nye Beach shopping district, Rogue Brewery and the Oregon Coast Aquarium, just 25 miles away. Next to Nye Beach there’s even a playground with a giant hillside pirate ship slide, a sure treat for the kids! Outdoor enthusiasts will especially love hiking Drift Creek Falls with it’s gorgeous suspension bridge, or exploring the amazing beauty of Cascade Head.

Transportation is limited on the coast, but there are local and county bus lines that connect more broadly. A car is necessary for most, though we love hosting those on biking adventures!

As a native Oregonian, I go by Miel and have lived most of my life overseas and in Washington, DC. I'm an international development professional and entrepreneur who enjoys the outdoors, arts, photography, travel, and culture. I'm a consummate do-gooder and work with my husband, Adam on clean cookstoves and other life adventures. We own and manage properties through Sweet Haven Rentals, and help make a difference in the world through African Clean Energy. Our 5 year old, Clark, and 1 year old, Ellis, enjoy sharing their toys and cat with visiting families.
