The bungalow is situated on the slopes of a volcano,Montaña Roja,2.5 km far from the center of Playa Blanca.There are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes,equipped kitchen/living room,bathroom with a big walk-in shower and and two private terraces with barbecue, hammocks, Jacuzzi and swimming pool for the exclusive use of our clients. Air conditioning in the rooms and in the living room.Accommodation with tourist license. Terraced bungalow with two bedrooms,one with a double bed and the other one with two singles.A complete bathroom with a big shower. In the same space:a fully fitted kitchen with oven and dishwasher and the living room.There is also air conditioning with hot/cold system in lounge and bedrooms,washing machine, safe,wifi (fiber optic cable),satellite and IPTV channels TV. At the entrance of the house there is a totally private terrace equipped with a barbecue. and a table with chairs. On the terrace facing the south façade there is a swimming pool (with saline chlorinator) of the following measurements: 3.70 m x 2.5 m and 1.40 deep. We also have a Jacuzzi with capacity for 3 people. Both facilities are for the exclusive use and enjoyment of the clients who stay in our bungalow. Ideal accommodation that does not lack detail.

Logement parfait pour passer un excellent séjour à Lanzarote. Il est assez bien situé et la vue de la terrasse vaut le détour. C’était agréable de profiter du soleil, notamment pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine et dans le jacuzzi. Merci pour l’accueil!
Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour, de la maison qui est ultra agréable, bien entretenue, propre et Eugenia toujours aux petits soins! Vraiment allez y vous ne serez pas déçus!
Eugenia’s home was beautiful, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, just perfect. Eugenia met us at property and went through info with us, shops etc, very nice lady. Highly recommend.

The bungalow is great value. Very clean & modern with lots of facilities. Great shower etc Loved little pool & Jacuzzi. Sea & mountain view was appreciated. Plenty room for 2 or family. We think car useful unless you like long walks or to use taxis/buses as it is a good way to center of Playa Blanca or best beach at Dorada. Eugenia was very helpful with early checkin & late checkout -great. Enjoyed our stay thank you 🙏 😎😎

The accommodation is located 2.4 km from the center of Playa Blanca, in the Valparaíso urbanization, on the slope of the Montaña Roja volcano. It is a residential area with more urbanizations around it. Large supermarkets and beach located 2.4 km.
There is a small shop at the entrance of the urbanization that sells basic products. The paths to walk up to the crater of the volcano are very close. Montaña Roja is an ancient extinct volcano. If you decide to go up, you will find more walkers like you who go up to see the spectacular views from the top.
Playa Blanca is a lovely family place, very welcoming, friendly and safe with a lovely promenade along the shoreline stretching for many miles.Many locals and also some visitors start the day walking from one end to the other.
Located in the south of the island here it always seems that the weather is better than in other parts of the island. Ferries to Fuerteventura set sail from the port. If you are a beach lover you have to know that 5 km away from Playa Blanca we have the best beaches of Lanzarote, Papagayo natural beaches.
Easy parking in the urbanization parking lot. There is a bus and taxi stop 800 m away. The bus runs every 30 min. Taxis are quite cheap, approximately € 4 / way from the center of Playa Blanca to the bungalow. 2.4 km away . from the center of Playa Blanca, I recommend renting a car although it is not essential to move from the accommodation.
