En primer lugar, y por lo que me siento totalmente decepcionada, fue por el pésimo incidente la primera noche en que llegamos. En la descripcion de la vivienda en alquiler se indica que hablan español e ingles. Totalmente en desacuerdo, la primera noche en que llegamos a la casa en torno a la 1.30 a.m estuvimos mas de 20 minutos intentando descifrar la clave de acceso, la cual se nos habia enviado de forma erronea. Transcurridos mas de 20 minutos y tras la desesperacion, decidimos llamar al telefono que se nos facilito para cualquier tipo de incidencia, pues bien, nuestra sorpresa fue que la persona que nos descolgo no tenia absolutamente ningun dominio del español y a duras penas logre entenderla mientras me hablaba un profundo ingles. Almohada, toallas y ropa de cama malolientes. La zona de piscina sin intimidad alguna. Menaje de cocina sucio. La casa dispone de una videoconsola y peliculas, donde el 90% no funcionan. We had a brilliant week at Casa Lauremar! It had everything we needed and more! The host was really helpful with any queries I had and ensured everything was in place for us to make our stay just perfect! The villa was very clean and well equipped with a the essentials we needed. It is is slightly out of Playa Blanca in a quiet area with shops and a few resturants nearby. Getting about was easy we used taxis to go into Playa Blanca although we did also walk a couple of times. I would happliy book this villa again, in fact i didnt want to leave!

Zunächst die wichtigsten Vorteile: 1. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. 2. Großzügige Erstausstattung mit Lebensmitteln 3. Schnelle Antwort bei Fragen/Problemen. 4. Üppige Küchenausstattung 5. Kompetentes Putzteam 6. Bequemes Bett Nun zu den wesentlichen Nachteilen: 1. Unzureichender Windschutz im Außenbereich vor dem permanenten und kräftigen und unangenehmen Wind, vor allem kein wirklich windgeschützter Essplatz im Außenbereich. 2. Kein Essplatz innerhalb des Hauses 3. Fehlender Sichtschutz vor den vier Nachbargrundstücken. 4. Mangelhafte Information. 5. Kein einziges scharfes Messer, eine stumpfe Schere (unbedingt Schleifmöglichkeit mitbringen) 6. Im Hauptschlafzimmer (das Bett ist nur 140 cm breit) lässt sich die Balkontüre nicht kippen. Genauso wenig das große Fenster im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Wer nachts Frischluft möchte, hat trotz Alarmanlage ein wesentliches Sicherheitsproblem.

Alles Bestens! Wir würden die Villa wieder buchen. Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Pool war sauber und beheizt.

Had a great stay in Casa Lauremar, a beautiful villa in a quiet, residential part of the island. Restaurants and shops within a short walking distance, and a beautiful promenade close-by for longer strolls if desired. Spotlessly clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and much more, for a very comfortable stay. Great outdoor space and a glorious pool. Optima Villas were great to deal with, always at hand to answer promptly any questions. Great communication and instructions for getting to the villa. Thank you!
