12世纪的老房子，构造和家具维护的都不错。空间很大，适合一家人。 位置很好，几个景点都十几分钟步行。 后面有条街，帕尼尼 火腿 披萨 牛肚包 tbone 牛排都可以吃到，晚上还有酒吧开放。 临街楼下酒吧晚上有点小吵；楼梯太多了，我们几个女生搬大箱子累蒙了。还好房东能搭把手。

Ubicación inmejorable, a 1min de la Galería Uffizi a 15 minutos andando de todos los grandes monumentos y calles principales. Apartamento amplio, antiguo, escaleras muy pronunciadas (sobretodo si vas con un peque y cochecito, pero es su encanto ☺️) y muy bien conservado, limpio, ordenado y con todos los utensilios necesarios (tanto de cocina, como de baño y limpieza). Ilaria y Martina han contestado rápido, han sido amables y se han adaptado a todas nuestras necesidades. Nos han hecho recomendaciones de lugares y se han preocupado en todo momento de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Un 10 😊

L'alloggio di Ilaria è ubicato in posizione perfetta. In taxi abbiamo impiegato circa 10 minuti per raggiungere la stazione di Santa Maria Novella. E' centralissimo a pochi metri dal Ponte Vecchio e Piazza della Signoria. L'appartamento è davvero molto bello. Grande, spazioso e luminoso. Wifi buono. Le 2 camere da letto sono però qualitativamente troppo differenti. Quella grande è davvero bella, la seconda è davvero piccola. E' un vero peccato perché l'appartamento è grande ma a nostro avviso diviso forse non in modo impeccabile. Dispone di salone e cucina molto spaziosi. Forse sarebbe stato il caso di avere una cucina meno grande e una seconda camera da letto più spaziosa. Consiglierei di avere almeno una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo. Esperienza Comunque perfetta. Consiglierei a chiunque questo alloggio! A presto Antonello Assante

A very convenient location, close to good restaurants. Our children couldn't sleep at all in the second bedroom due to very loud noise from the outside throughout the night.

The apartment is as described including the steep stairs. It has a wonderful old-world charm and is decorated accordingly. Perfect central location. We were able to walk almost everywhere. The price was reasonable. The apartment is well appointed and contains everything you will need on a short or long stay. Conveniently, two sets of keys were provided giving our family flexibility to explore the city. Overall great rating except a couple of things. Despite the apartment being generally spacious, there are two tight spaces. It is difficult to use the toilet in the half bathroom off of the master. It is so close to the wall that you can barely sit. Anyone over 5'8" would not be able to. Additionally, the second bedroom is tight but not unbearable. The duvets, pillow shams, and blankets were not laundered but presented as so. Thankfully, we were able to find clean blankets in an armoire. Lastly, the walls are thin, you will hear the neighbors. Overall, a great place to stay!
