Evin fotograflari harika gorunuyor cok da merkezi. Daha merkezi baska bir yerden ev kiralayabilir ve daha duzgun bir ev sahipligi alabilirsiniz. Check im saatini sadece 2 dk kaciridigimiz icin 40 euro ceza parasi odemek zorunda kaldik. Evde mutfak var ama ne yag ne tuz hic bir sey hazirlanmamis. Bunlar bir evi ev yapan detaylardir. Temizliginde hic sorun yok ama eve sabun koymayi unutmuslar mesela. Eve gec girdigimiz ve hemen cikmak zorumda oldugumuz icin de farketmedik bu bizi bir hayli zorladi. Ayrica yardimci olan kisiler bir mesajlasma calisma saatleri var 19.00 dan sonra hic bir sekilde ulasamiyorsunuz. Bu da acil bir durum soz konusu oldugumda bir hayli zorlayici. Merkezi ve temizligine puan veririm ancak kesinlikle iyi bir ev sahipligi degil.

My family and I had a wonderful four-day stay in this apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and the staffs are friendly, always willing to assist us as much as possible. We will choose this apartment again next time we visit Florence, and we hope to book an even nicer room!

“Reserve here now!!” I had messaged this to a friend of who has an upcoming trip to Florence! The whole apartment was just as luxe IRL as the photos showed. Even though we were very central, there was no noise at all once inside the apartment and we all had restful nights. They offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, rare for an Airbnb rental. From advance communication with the team online prior to our arrival to the gentleman at the reception- all their staff are very friendly and helpful. This was our 5th trip to Florence and now I know where I will be booking for our 6th, 7th, 8th….

Extraordinary place! Beautiful design, spotlessly clean, and an AMAZING location right at the heart of Florence. If we are ever in the area again, we are coming back for sure.

We were fortunate to have stayed at this fantastic place. The location is fantastic. I could not have dreamed of a better location for our stay in Florence. As soon as you step out of the apartment you are right in the middle of everything. It is situated in the best location in Florence and within steps of all the great sites and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean and i was surprised to see it was exactly like the pictures. Sometimes, the pictures are taken at an angle to make it look bigger or better than it actually is. This was one of the few that looked better in person than from the pictures. The bathroom shampoo and body soap were all first class and the same ones used at many Rosewood properties. The beds are very comfortable and made our stay relaxing. I would definitely stay here again when i return. The check in process was very easy and the communication was fantastic and always responsive. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
