This is a stunning apartment in an extraordinary location. Hotel standards of cleanliness (and we are extremely fussy as our daughter is very allergic), as well as exceptionally comfortable beds. The apartment is if anything more spacious, and better, than the photos suggest. Anita was fantastic - great communication and very professional. She helped us with a transfer to the station when we left and with staying an extra night. Short of paying double the price for one of the penthouses on the other side of the river, it seems unlikely you could get a better view in all of Florence, and we spent a lot of time just standing at the windows watching the people and horses on the Piazza. All in all, staying here is very like staying in a suite in a luxury hotel, minus the room service but with the ability to make your own food - there are none of the minor hiccups or irritations you get in some places. Pretty much perfect.

Honestly, the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at. The place is even better than the pictures . Thoughtful, luxurious design . The team on site were super friendly and helpful . Located on piazza della signoria .

Wow, this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It actually felt like a presidential suite of a hotel! As it was a special occasion ( surprise anniversary trip), I had considered booking accommodation such as the Four Seasons but I’m so pleased I booked this apartment instead. With so much space it actually felt more special and the location was never more than 6 minutes from anything - it was unbelievable. While it’s definitely a higher price stay, my partner and I were only just saying how it was worth the cost due to not only the location but the quality of the apartment. I can’t recommend enough. One tip - during the summer I would recommend bringing ear plugs IF you’re a light sleeper - due to the amazing location, you can hear noise from the square if you have the windows open. In March we could just about get away with closed windows but in the summer it would be too hot in the apartment at night.
