We had a fantastic time at this huge apartment of great character and historical interest. It was a truly memorable stay and very comfortable too with everything we needed for a luxurious stay provided. Giovanni the owner was incredibly charming and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Absolutely recommended.

I can’t say enough about my recent stay at this property in Florence. We were amazed with the history of the place, the painting on the ceiling, doors, everything was a piece of art. The house was enormous and extremely clean with a beautifulmodern kitchen that we couldn’t use due to lack of time and the amazing restaurants in the area. I loved that the property is very center located, everything is minutes away by foot. Our first day we were greeted by the owner Giovanni which in my personal opinion opinion is the best host we have ever had and we have stay in multiple locations around the world. He waited for us at the train station and helped us with our luggage and his wife was waiting for us at home, gave us a tour of the city that same night recommended places that he thought would better suit us. He was in contact with us at all times even when he was away for 2 days with his family. Last day he and his son accompanied us to the train station. Keep it up Gio. U R the best.

Giovanni was the consumate host. The home was amazing and exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend this home and the owner highly enough. We consider Giovanni a friend for life and would never consider staying anywhere else while in Florence. How lucky we were to pick the apartment and have the opportunity to meet Giovanni and his lively wife. He had alot of recommendations that were spot on and he accompanied us to the train station in the pouring rain! Doesn't get any better than this!

Giovanni was a fabulous host and his apartment is absolutely beautiful. We felt very fortunate to be able to stay in such a gorgeous apartment and Giovanni made sure we knew where to visit and the super places to eat nearby.
