A beautiful stylish modern house with everything easily accessible. The owner was approachable at all time and kept following up which was very helpful. The house looked exactly the way it’s uploaded in the app. And the area around is filled with nice places to chill. It’s centrally located in juhu with an awesome view of Marriott that I enjoyed the most. It’s fully furnished and I had to bring nothing to manage my stay there. The place is totally worth it!

Picollo is a good host always checking up on his guests. However, as he was abroad the apartment was quite dirty and random people would knock on our door constantly. Overall, the apartment is a bit overpriced and not as new as it seems to be in the pictures.

We absolutely loved our home away from home. Being in Mumbai for nearly two months can be a little difficult, but it does help to feel at home. This is the perfect place if that's what you are looking for. It is so central. Starbucks is a stones throw away, Baskin Robbins, Sassy teaspoon, JW Marriot across the road. Juhu market a rickshaw away. Never a dull moment. The hosts were perfect too. Thank you Piccolo!!! We will definitely be back.

Piccolo is a very serious person who takes care about all details, and try to help you in all circonstances. His apartment is really as described, clean and confortable, well furnished, well located in Mumbai - Juhu, close to the beach. You will find nearby restaurants, shops, cinema, cash machine etc... My wife and I stayed several weeks here, no doubt that we will try to come back next year !
