Great apartment and very well maintained. No issues with cleanliness. Care taker Pramodh was very helpful too and was available for extra services such as cooking. Only big issue for us was that the WiFi didn’t work the whole time we were there. The host did send someone to assess but unfortunately it still didn’t work despite that. Therefore it was very inconvenient for us and we have to purchase local SIM cards to get by.

Although this property is Poorly located, however this very well maintained. The interiors are done tastefully. The caretaker and property manager are reachable but lack empathy.

Bliss 83 is a fabulous apartment to stay with all the conveniences, clean bathrooms, lovely dining area, great bedrooms all top quality. For us the proximity to Santacruz and its shopping was perfect for us as it was less than 10 minutes away. The not so good part for us was the location of Bliss 83, it sits in a pretty rough area with buildings that look like they need to be rebuilt. Bliss 83 appears to be going though a lot of rebuilding works itself so lets hope that over time its appearance will improve. Aasumi has been great and we only chose Bliss 83 3 days prior to our arrival since our original booking had some power outage. Pramoud our caretaker was very attentive and always checked in to see if we were comfortable. I would have given this review 5 stars had it not been down to the location of Bliss 83.

It was a great stay at the apartment! Aasumi and the caretakers were really responsive and helpful throughout our 2 week stay. The apartment was really clean, had modern furniture and the atmosphere of the apartment was cosy and comfortable. In terms of security we couldn’t have asked for more. The caretakers were trustworthy and we felt confident staying there. There were 6 of us staying there and there was plenty of room for all of us. You can hear the planes a little loudly, but we got used to it. Highly recommend the apartment for those who are doing some shopping in Mumbai. It was well located and catching Rickshaws and taxis were easy. A truly pleasant stay!

The positives: apartment is lovely inside and big double rooms. Caretaker is helpful and very responsive. The negatives: the building is under a flight path which means you’ll hear a flight every 5 mins and ALL THROUGH the night. DO NOT stay here if you are a light sleeper or even if you wish to get a good nights sleep. The apartment is within a building that has health and safety hazards and looks like a construction site. The lift had a capacity of 680 kilos and broke when 4 adults and 4 suitcases (well below the capacity) were in it. The lift did not work for the whole of the stay - if you have any mobility or accessibility issues this will be a big issue as flat is on 5th floor. I had to put my disabled mother and father into a new accommodation at great expense. Finally the host tried to be helpful during this stay, but at the end audaciously tried to request money from me for the lift breakdown (not our fault!) I had an awful experience overall.
