My partner and I had a wonderful long weekend at the log cabin. The setting is beautiful, with accesses to lots of lovely walks. Sarah was responsive to our questions and very nice.

The log cabin was a great Easter break, location is good and exactly what we like (nature / dog walks). Very cosy inside with everything we needed, check in was easy. Be warned that the driveway down to the cabin is poor ( to be expected given the location ) but some vehicles may struggle to get there! The WiFi didn’t work for us whilst we were there which wasn’t a massive problem but we did need to use it for work occasionally so that was a pain. Overall lovely place, superb location and well priced.

Stunning stay in the log cabin. Very peaceful, can just hear the birds singing. Very relaxing and perfect for dogs.

Upon arrival we was greeted by Sarah & welcomed to our accommodation. The place was very clean & tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved walking around the woods with our 2 gorgeous dogs Harper & Ginny. It was very muddy but hey, it’s February.. haha! We had a few teething issues with the lighting tripping on the fuse box and realised the light in the Hallway was the problem so we just didn’t use that and the lights stayed on everywhere else. We did inform Sarah of the issue & Sarah was very responsive. We would definitely return to the cabin and would like to try it out in the summer. There was a bath tub on the decking but no tap so interested to see what the use of this would be? Also, if you bring dogs there is jar located it the Cabin asking for £10 per dog to be left. This is not made aware on time of booking and would be easier to be paid on time of booking as we had to find a cash point to make sure we could pay this.
