Prachtige, goed uitgeruste en mooi ingerichte villa met zwembad in een buurt die nog in aanbouw is. Met de auto kan je gemakkelijk restaurants in de buurt bereiken zoals b.v. op Soho Square. Ook winkels en supermarkt zijn op die manier goed bereikbaar. We misten wel een wasmachine en droger en handdoeken zijn met één grote en één kleine voor de douche wat schaars (voor verblijf van een week). Werden wel op verzoek aangevuld. Er waren voldoende handdoeken voor het zwembad (1 per persoon)

We had a wonderful time at Rosalie’s place. The villa was beautiful and close to the beach with amazing snorkeling. Mohamed was really helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa Montaza. Rosalie is a gracious host & her house is gorgeous. Mohamed was also extremely responsive & available when we needed him. The house is very well maintained & it’s clear that a lot of attention goes into it. The floor plan is very nice & allows for privacy for larger groups traveling together. There are lots of places to lounge around including a nice roof top area which is nice at night. Rosalie provided us with a manual that includes a lot of helpful information. Mohamed is also a great resource & I strongly recommend talking to him before booking any excursions because he was able to save us some money. The beach in front of the house has what we felt was one of the best reefs. The one thing to be aware of is the cost of electricity. Mohammed did warn us when we checked in that it is expensive, & he was not kidding. To sum it up, definitely a worthwhile place to stay. Great communication, seamless check in & out, clean & comfy.

This house is a must stay!! It’s spacious with great AC, wireless and Smart TV. Mohammed is the best care taker ever! The villa has the cleanest pool I ever saw, with beautiful views. Quick walk to the beautiful Red Sea and a charming beach community with restaurants and hookah nearby.

Beautiful Villa. Right by the beach, which was perfect for walking there with kids. The reef is stunning and it is a comfortable Sandy beach. There is no grocery store or restaurant in comfortable walking distance so be prepared to pay for taxis or rent a car to get the food and water that you need.
