This villa was a dream! Close to the beach and restaurants. Ray was great at helping us every step of the way and guiding us in the right direction with great recommendations. we will stay here again when we come back

The villa blew my expectations as everything was just as listed and better, Ray has done an amazing job with this villa and also Abdol the caretaker of the place was amazing as he was very responsive and gave us great recommendations alongside calling us taxi frequently. As previously mentioned facilities were amazing, the pool was clean and well looked after as was the jacuzzi!! The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Each room also has Air Con which trust me you will need as it’s so hot and worked perfectly. Overall, the villa made my holiday to sharm unbelievable as Ray and Abdol were amazing and helped us before and during the stay. Perfect location just opposite the beach which has great facilities on. 10/10 thank you Ray and Abdol

Ray is a welcoming, responsive and respectful host. He was culturally competent and sensitive to our needs. Abdou is a great point of reference for the area, gracious in his interactions. The home is immaculate. If you want to use the plastic pier owned by the hotel for snorkeling, just go scuba diving for 30 bucks and they’ll let you use it (plus the scuba diving is wondrous, I went twice). Waleed is the booth manager, and is a friendly point of contact. Overall this villa is a gem of a location!
