Alvin人非常，热情贴心，入住指导也很明确，可以流畅的中文交流。楼下很多餐厅，离著名的金蜗牛也很近。唯一离地铁稍有距离，但完全在可以接受的范围内。值得一提的是房间比房东提供的照片更加干净整洁，很喜欢。

房子位置很好，卢浮宫和蓬皮杜都可以步行到达，楼下就有好吃的palu（应该没有拼错）面包房，真的贼好吃。楼下有一条街，有药妆店，超市，水果店，肉铺，海产品铺，自己做饭吃也很方便，离地铁站也很近，我们出门常搭4号线，走路过去也就几分钟。因为是老房子，所以没有电梯，在四楼，是木质的旋转楼梯，让我想起了《如梦之梦》里胡歌在巴黎度过的那段时间，围着楼梯一层一层的走。还有一个小插曲，当天到达巴黎来到房子的时候，我们找错了门牌号，在对面8号那里开门开不开，联系上房东及时解决了。有机会再来巴黎还会住这里的。

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely fabulous with amazing cafes, fromageries, patisseries, markets, & boulangeries all near by. There were quick walks to the Seine, Louvre, and many more land marks. There are many metro stations that allow easy access to all you would want to see in Paris. The apartment is small and older presumably typical of downtown Paris apartments. There is 1 small toilet and 1 small shower area. Kitchen is minimally appointed and very very small. Fine for basics like a coffee in the morning, but definitely too small to take advantage of the fabulous markets near by and cook a full meal. There is a lot of noise- cheering, karaoke, street cleaning, trash removal occur ALL. THE. TIME. If you are a light-sleeper, bring white noise & ear plugs or consider an alternative further out of the city. Alvin was very responsive, helpful, kind, and a great host. I would give the location TOP MARKS, the host HIGH MARKS, and the apt itself MEDIOCRE marks.

Alvin çok iyi bir ev sahibi, her konuda yardımcı oldu, valizleri taşımamıza yardım etti yerel restoran tavsiyeleri verdi, düzenli olarak tatilimizin nasıl geçtiğini bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu, son derece iyi bir ev sahibi; ancak dairenin biraz tadilat ve bakıma ihtiyacı var, konumu yerel dükkanlar market ve fırına yakınlığı tercih sebebi olabilir
