We had a lovely stay at this cute apartment. It was clean, comfortable and close to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay. The Metro is extremely close and it’s a 15 minute walk down to the Seine. Host was very communicative and flexible with our needs. The front room is definitely on a busy and noisy street but with some ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones it’s very doable.

We couldn't fault Michael and Johanna's apartment, or their brilliant communication with us. We were quite badly delayed getting to Paris and Johanna was still messaging to make sure we'd made it, late into the night! Total dedication! The apartment is in a really good location so would very much recommend it for that. It's a short walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre and Musée D'Orsay, with lots of shops and restaurants all around. The apartment itself is great for a family - we had four of us there and while it isn't a huge flat, it has a lovely living space and everything you need for a really great stay. Our son Nathaniel was particularly blown away by the epically-big sofa bed which pretty much become his domain for the duration of the stay. Check in and check out was easy... and there's everything you need in the apartment for breakfast and light meals, if a ludicrous number of local restaurants doesn't float your boat. Great place - we'll stay again if we're back in Paris!

Overall we were satisfied with the accomodation. The place was clean, spacious and very well located (for tourists). There are good Metro stations near by, and for restaurants you have great choices all around. There is a lift to the 2nd floor which is good as the stairs are tight and difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The beds are comfortable, and the place is well heated (we were there in winter). The hosts respond quickly, and whilst we had some issues with the shower, TV and internet, they were resolved reasonablly quickly. I would have liked to have seen some more basic amenities like washing powder, clothes drying line and tea towels. I think a little more investment in these things would make it feel a little more homely, and not so much like a cheap hotel. A few people have mentioned this, but I have to reiterate the noise from one of the bedrooms is very loud. You will hear cars beeping and police sirens wailing all through the night - it is unrelenting.

Johanna and staff at Studio Prestige are wonderful. There was a mix-up caused by another guest, but Johanna found a quick solution and made our stay in Paris perfect. The living space was beautifully appointed and very clean and centrally located. The Studio Prestige staff was very attentive and was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely return and stay there again.
