This 3 rooms / 2 bedrooms 5* apartment is located in the 8th district of Paris, in the chic district of la Madeleine. Shops, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and place de la Concorde and the Opéra Garnier are only a few minutes walk away. This accommodation located on the 4th floor of a nice Haussmannian building, has been furnished and decorated with the utmost care and offers you all the comfort you need for your stay, whether you are on a business trip or on vacation. You will be welcomed in a luxurious, spacious, and quiet apartment with an area of 90 m², offering all the comforts for a stay of 4 to 6 people. The apartment is bright thanks to its large street windows. It breaks down as follows: - Two bedrooms each with a 5-star king-size hotel bed (180 * 200 cm), a desk and a television. - Two dressing rooms each with a mirror and a large closet (with drawers, wardrobe and hotel safe). - A living / dining room with two luxury sofas (one of which is convertible for 2 people with inside a 160 * 200 cm bed), a coffee table, a large television, a dining table, a beautiful old mirror, as well as a coffee and tea area (with a Nespresso machine and a kettle). - A kitchen with a marble worktop, high-quality appliances (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, toaster and blender), porcelain tableware and all the necessary cooking utensils. - Two bathrooms each with a shower, a balneo bath, a television, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, and two washbowls with light / anti-fog mirrors and a magnifying mirror. - Two WC with a wall-mounted toilet. - Utility closets (with a washer dryer). You will also find: - all the necessary tools and products for cleaning. - an iron, an ironing board and a drying rack. For your arrival, we provide you with: - a complete set of luxury bed and bath linen. - a welcome pack with various amenities (Rituals bathroom products, shoes care products, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, coffee, tea, infusion, sugar).

I will definitely return. I am a stickler for cleanliness as well as comfortable and stylish accommodations. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Otmane went over and above in every way. In addition to the fabulous property in a great location, the team arranged our transportation to and from the airport, met us at check-in to acquaint us with the apartment and checked on us several times offering to answer any questions and making recommendations. Absolutely top notch in all aspects and very well worth it!
Exceptional in every way! Let’s start with the service. I very much appreciate privacy and typically want as little interaction with hosts or hotel staff as possible. That said, the level of availability, responsiveness and service that was provided by this team far exceeded what you expect from a 5 star hotel, but, done in a way that never felt intrusive or gratuitous. Next, the accommodations. If you are a person that cares about luxury and fine details, I would argue that there is not a finer flat in Paris. The decor, linens, closets, lighting, complimentary amenities, etc., every detail was considered and results in a truly memorable experience. If you’ve found that this flat is available during your time in Paris, book it. You will be very pleased you did.
We absolutely loved staying here. I can’t say enough good things about it. The location was perfect. Everything is so beautiful and comfortable- new smelling. Just amazing. The hosts were so helpful as well and quickly responded to any questions. On our first day there we had a minor medical emergency with our son and they helped us get that resolved. We truly loved it and would want to come back again. I’ve already recommended to my family who is coming to Paris in the Fall.
If only the external areas from main gate through building door ip the elevator, where equally upgraded this place will get a super 5/5. The team where extremely friendly
Simply delightful.The place was not only charmingly designed but also incredibly cozy and quiet. It had everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable. And when unexpected flight delays threw a wrench into our plans, the hosts were incredibly flexible and understanding. They thoughtfully arranged and rearranged transport for us, going above and beyond to ensure our trip went smoothly. And when we found ourselves in need of umbrellas, the hosts were so friendly and quick to help. Overall, it was a top-notch, five star experience that we'd recommend to anyone looking for a perfect Paris getaway.

The district of la Madeleine at Paris 8ème is one of the most chic of the capital. The district has some of the most beautiful Haussmann buildings in Paris, as well as much older charming buildings. Its central position, near many monuments, makes it a popular destination for tourists.
The apartment is located few minutes walk from the Madeleine metro on line 8, 12 and 14. Those lines crosse Paris from West to East, and North to South, which is ideal for getting you quickly and easily where you wish!
