It is arranged as follows : - Cosy main room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table - Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules - Practical bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo, hairdryer. - 1 comfortable toilet in the bathroom Take advantage of the many conveniences available in the apartment : - Washing machine, Fridge, Iron, Ironing board, TV screen, free Wi-Fi - Hotplates, Microwave oven, Toaster, Kettle, Nespresso machine, Hairdryer - Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person In this apartment, you'll find all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.

Das Zimmer sah wie erwartet aus und das einchecken war angenehm und einfach. Man kommt gut in die Stadt, weil 5min entfernt eine Metro-Station liegt. Cédric hat auf Rückfragen schnell reagiert. Allerdings ging das Wlan den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht und auch das mobile Netz in der Wohnung war sehr langsam, was die Planung der Tage schwierig gemacht hat. Vielleicht ist es noch angenehm zu wissen, dass es keine Tassen gibt und die vorhandene Kapsel-Maschine nicht funktioniert. Seife gab es auch nicht. Ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pas de wifi ni de télé, l'appartement se situait en face d'une zone en travaux et les voisins assez bruyant. Assez déçu pour passer un weekend à Paris qui ne correspondait pas à la description donnée.
Reasonable pricing
Me and my wife stayed for 3 days.The flat was clean and good organized for staying for long time. It was closer to metro and so easy to reach to the center of city. The communication with Cedric was wonderful and we were always informed quickly for our questions. So, the flat was lovely, value for money, nice and clean . Cedric was great. We recommend it.
