Giulia’s place is spacious, well equipped and beautifully designed. Excellent location right off rue Charonne. Our family of six appreciated the large table and the projection theater. Giulia’s son Jules met us, and was waiting to let us in. Great communication with Giulia. Thanks again!

This is a super cool flat. It comfortable slept our crew of 6. The 2 1/2 baths came in especially handy. The kitchen is well-appointed and the central living space is comfortable and a great place to relax with your troops. It's quiet, safe, near a couple great markets and offers an easy walk to The Bastille and Ledru-Rollin Metro stops. There's a few steps to negotiate with you luggage... but hey, welcome to Europe!

Giulia's place was PERFECT for our family of 5 (we have 3 teenagers). It is light and spacious and a truly unique space. There are two separate bedrooms on either side up the stairs and one bedroom in the living area (all ACTUAL double/queen beds), separated by a curtain. Each of the upstairs bedrooms have their own bathroom. Showers worked great with plenty of hot water. There is also a half bath downstairs. All the beds were very comfortable. There is no AC (though there is heat, of course), and we were there when it was pretty warm in August, but there are several fans and you can open LOTS of windows to keep the air flowing. We are from Texas, so we are used to the heat. We weren't in the apartment much during the day, so it wasn't a problem, but I thought I'd mention it. You also have to climb about 45 stairs to the apartment, which also wasn't a problem for us since we only brought one backpack each for our 3 week vacation in Europe, and we are quite fit. Giulia's niece, Lucia, met us for check in and showed us the place and was very sweet and even brought us some coffee. There is a Nespresso machine, so you are set for coffee. We cooked one meal in the kitchen, and there were plenty of cooking essentials (unlike many AirBnBs we stayed in). There is a grocery store abut a block away, so SUPER close. The location is great to get to the many sights in Paris and great restaurants. You are 5 mins walking distance from 3-4 metro stations, so you can navigate anywhere easily on the metro. Everyone is very helpful in Paris with the metro, so if you have questions, just ask. We felt very safe and comfortable in this apartment. I highly recommend!!

Cleanness was an issue. There was no garbage bags in any waste baskets and barely any toilet paper or hand soap. Both showers got clogged. Needs TLC

We were very excited to stay at Giulia’s place based on the photos and good reviews. It was as we expected, stylish, cosy and comfortable to live in. It was also more than we expected. Giulia’s house was exactly what a home away from home feels. For example, there was enough utensils in the kitchen for our family to make a simple dinner at home. This was the added touch that we could not tell from the photos, but we could enjoy when we stayed at Giulia’s home. Another nice touch was the ability to connect our laptop to the projector (!) and play movies from the laptop. We would highly recommend to book Giulia’s place for your stay in Paris. You would have a great time bonding with the family at Giulia’s home. It is close to the heart of Paris and transport was easy for our family of 6 too.
