Gorgeous cottage and location was beautiful! Great customer service from real estate. Just feel for what you pay some money should be put back into the maintenance of the place. Some lawn at the back instead of sand, alot of the furniture is very worn (single beds springs so worn you touch the floor) lots of loose floorboards and doors and cupboards dont shut properly or open and hang. But otherwise a gorgeous cottage. I would still stay again.

This was our second stay at Doc's Cottage. It was perfect for us, we loved staying just over the road from the beach and the best swimming spot in Lancelin. Walking distance to the pub and several playgrounds was also very useful. Will be back!

Leah the property manager was the best. She gave us clear instructions and even put the air con on for us... She came around to the property, to see if we were settling in ok. The property itself requires more gardening, there were alot of cobwebs, yellow bin was emptied out, The owner needs to do more work on the house, the front garden is ugly, but either than that, I loved the location, I loved the cosiness of the house, I would stay at the doc's cottage again... FANTASTIC LEAH, KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK

Loved our visit to Docs Cottage and the homely welcome we received. Beautiful location across from the beach, and playground. The host was incredibly proactive and even called to check our arrival time and turn the lights and heating on in preparation for us as we were arriving late. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!
