Περάσαμε υπέροχα.. Δεν καταλάβαμε πόσο γρήγορα τέλειωσαν οι διακοπές μας... Ο Σάββας και οι γονείς του, καΚική και κΓιώργος, πάντα διακριτικοί, ευγενικοί και καλοσυνάτοι.. Δοκιμάσαμε πενταντόστιμες θαλασσινές λιχουδιές, μαρμελάδες και άλλα χειροποίητα εδέσματα που οι ίδιοι φτιάχνουν........Το κατάλυμα είναι ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες... πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και καθαρό αλλά και με υλικά καθαριότητας απαραίτητα για τη διατήρηση της καθαρότητάς του .... Ιδανικό για οικογενειακές διακοπές αφού η παραλία του Μάραθου είναι πολύ κοντά... Για εναλλαγή, υπάρχουν και άλλες κοντινές παραλίες εξίσου όμορφες και καθαρές.... Ένα είναι το σίγουρο... οι διακοπές μας σ΄αυτό το κατάλυμα... θα επαναληφθούν!

Savvas and his parents (Kiki and George) are amazing hosts!!! They are very kind, hospitable and service oriented people. They were always there to help, respond to questions and provide from information about the area and the hidden gems of Magnesia to vegetables from their garden. The house is a heaven on earth. The impeccably clean space, the dreamy view from their porch which includes the sea, the sky and their garden, the well-thought organized cupboards and drawers (to help us have everything we needed easily and readily available), made this year's vacation a wonderful experience. Kiki was expecting us with a green pie in the oven as a welcome and had prepared the house to the last detail for our stay. Savvas and her explained to us everything we needed to know in order to make our stay comfortable. We were so happy and relaxed in this house, that many times we left the beach or the sightseeing earlier to get back to our sanctuary. We could hear the waves from the porch, and we were impressed when we found the family’s teenagers woken up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise (can you imagine?). There are two beaches in walking distance from the house, but you must get there early or get your own umbrella if you need to stay in the shade. Very often, we chose to take longer drives to the other side of Mt. Pelion, to get to the open sea waters of Aegean Sea, which we preferred. Overall, we were extremely happy and satisfied with our stay at Savvas’s house. We thought they had been doing this for a long time, and we were amazed to know that we were only their fourth set of guests. They do an excellent job, to a professional level. Now that our trip is over, we realize that this comes from their genuine intention to offer a memorable experience to their guests by offering a piece of their heart. We totally recommend Savvas House for your summer (and not only) vacation. We know we will be back soon. Thank you Savvas, Kiki and George!! You were wonderful in every aspect!

Un excellent accueil avec des attentions portées pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. À notre arrivée, notre hôte avait fait quelques course et avait rempli le frigo de denrées locales et nous a offert un panier de collations. Du matériel de plage était également à notre disposition, pour le plaisir des petits et des grands. La maison est très bien équipée, l'hôte n'habite pas dans le village même mais répondait à nos questions par messages. Enfin, le petit plus, cette terrasse vue sur mer dont on ne se lasse jamais.

Vi anbefaler Savvas house på det meste. Huset var stort, komfortabelt, rent og hadde alt man trenger. Området er rolig og pulsen senker seg maksimalt. Da vi kom var kjøleskapet fylt opp. Vi hadde kaffe og tørrvarer m.m. Man trenger bil for å handle selv og komme til større strender. Ellers er det noen små strender i gå avstand. Huset har stor hage med flere sitteplasser. Vi hadde god kommunikasjon med Savvas. Anbefales!

We have spent about two weeks in the house, and that was amazing time! Savvas and his parents are wonderful people, super friendly and supportive :-) The house stands on quite a big piece of land on a slope with several terraces. There is a private parking space, two bbq areas, and even a traditional wood stove (we didn’t use it though) on the land. The garden has fruit trees and vegetables, which you may even take from time to time. The house itself is a thee-level building, but the upper and lower levels are not used for living. Despite that it really feels like an entire big house. And you do have a great view over the village and the bay. A fantastic view! Inside the house is spacious. It is modern in terms of design and has a lot of cute details which make it very cosy. It was spotlessly clean and literally had everything we might need (from salt and olive oil to spare towels and toothpaste). There are two bedrooms with air conditioning on the opposite sides of the house. So if you turn on the air conditioning in both bedrooms, you can cool off the entire house. The large living room has extra beds (which are actually nice sofas). Our kids loved to sleep and play in the living room. Everywhere there are a lot of closets where you can put your stuff. The house has only one bathroom, but it’s big. The kitchen is also quite big and was perfect for cooking. The only tricky thing was getting used to cooking in the oven. It’s very hot. But we did it :-) The surroundings are very quiet. Only the church uphill might sometimes wake you up. And you will probably see only a few cars per day passing the village, since the road are local. As far as we understood there are no supermarkets and restaurants within the walking distance, so it’s better to have a car to go out. The village has a small beach right in the bay one minute walk from the house. But we preferred the beach in the nearest bay to the right - just exit the property through the upper gate and follow the direct road for five minutes (about 300 meter). We found that beach more suitable for kids, since it had larger shallow area. If you want something bigger, Alikez beach is ten minutes away by car… SO TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!! P.S. One extra tip for tourists… If you buy products (for instance, fruit or seafood) from sellers coming to the village during the day, do know the market price. Otherwise, you might pay too much. The first day, we paid waaay too much for fish and shrimps! … though they were really fresh and delicious :-)
