The grill and gym access that were advertised were not available. Evolve wanted to communicate outside the app. We were told the night before we were checking out how to contact the owner for information. The place was cozy, comfortable, and very very well stocked. We felt very much at home and could walk to the mountain, restaurants, and bars! The house rules posted about need updated, it kept mentioning laundry and it was not available in the condo.

We enjoyed our stay … we walked about a block to catch the shuttle to the ski lifts, so we really enjoyed that convenience.

Maps sends you to the wrong location, but hosts are super responsive and helpful.

Nice place, kids loved the loft. Walkable to lifts and rental. Some minor cleanliness issues on floor when we arrived. Previous guests appeared to have unplugged satellite tv probably for gaming system, which caused a temporary issue getting the College Bowl games on. Overall, we would stay again.
