This little cottage is perfect for a weekend on the lake! 1-min walk to a little beach with seating and easy swimming access. There are kayaks and tubes for use as well. Lovely spacious deck area - indoor space is small, but better than the photos in our opinion! Jamie stopped by to drop off a pump for us to use, and he was so friendly. Gave lots of local recommendations, and was super responsive throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful time at James’ place. The lake is gorgeous and the patio is just so spacious. We recommend it to all who want to visit Canandaigua Lake.

Jim and Renee were lovely. So kind and friendly. Our family had a wonderful time. Already planning to go back next summer and rent 3 of the 4 lake houses! ❤️

James's place was immaculate! with access to the water and the surrounding friendly neighbors you couldn't ask for anything better. James and Renee stopped by and they were a delight to meet and I look forward to renting from them again!
