Great little cozy cottage! Perfect for a long weekend!

Worst experience ever! Shortly after arrival the toilet clogged and wouldn't flush #2. I tried 4 times. After messaging Laura she asked if I had checked to see if something was disconnected. I'm not a plumber, nor should I have to fix a toilet on vacation! She would not come out and fix it. I found a plunger and after many tries got most the poop to flush. I also had to disconnect from their WiFi to communicate with the host and use my mobile data all evening and no internet was available so we couldn't watch a movie. I messaged Laura who again did nothing. The morning the coffee machine leaked so badly we had quite the mess to clean up. When I messaged Laura she asked if we could live with one toilet and a leaky coffee maker for another day? I was livid at this point and said all I wanted was a refund and then suddenly she could come by. She continuously asked to call me and after I said no she still called and text a number on my profile. The floor was ice cold and no extra TP. Worst

We truly enjoyed staying at this cottage. It was very cute and clean. The location was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. They were responsive when we asked for help - even during the holidays. I would highly recommend this sweet cottage!

My husband and I traveled to Lake Canandaigua for a family wedding. We stayed in Laura’s cottage for the weekend and we could not have been happier. Everything was just absolutely perfect! A+++++++

Perfect getaway in the finger lakes! Walking distance to the lake and a short drive away from so many great places. The house was perfect, we will be back!
