Cawsand and Kingsand are beautiful seaside villages. The location of the apartment is excellent right above the bay in Cawsand. The entrance to the private garage and access to the property is excellent especially in busy periods. The outlook from the lounge is super and the extendable windows almost make you feel your on a balcony. The house is well appointed and quiet. Russel was great in giving us all the info we needed for a great stay

The apartment is in a stunning location overlooking Cawsand Beach and the design and layout of the apartment is lovely and we would recommend the apartment for this alone. However we were disappointed with a few things which given the cost of the apartment are just not good enough 1) the limited supply of towels- one small bath towel per person and one beach towel per person 2) The tea towels in the kitchen seemed to be clean but were badly stained. 3) we were expecting a welcome Prosecco- as per the description but were advised the previous guests had drunk it all so none was available. Was it not possible to replace this before we arrived? 4) There were no dishwasher tablets or loo roll. 5) The cupboard under the sink was disgustingly dirty - not what we expected to find when looking for dishwasher tabs. Overall we would recommend the apartment but feel there is room for improvement for the money paid.

What a fantastic trip! I can’t recommend this coastal retreat highly enough. A simple four hour drive from London direct to underground parking. The beach is literally 10 seconds walk away. The apt. Has been nicely furnished with good quality items. Two lovely Local pubs within walking distance. Russel was an excellent host - coming back on any questions almost immediately. We will definitely be back.

What a stunning apartment and view! Perfect location above the beach to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Really great size for a family of 5, large bedrooms and comfy beds! Will certainly be back.
