We rented the house for Thanksgiving Weekend and my mother's 90th birthday. The house was absolutely spectacular, very well divided and perfect for a family reunion. We ended up spending most of the time in the house and really enjoying all that it had to offer specially the incredible backyard. There was really no need to leave the house, it was a joy to entertain and sit out in the patio by the many fireplaces and surrounded by a gorgeous forest setting. The kids had a blast with the many activities and games including a pool table , chess, connect 4. The zip line was definitely the hit of the party! Anthony was even kind enough to go out on the holiday weekend to get us a helmet so the kids can safely enjoy the zip line. The communication with the host was excellent, he was very attentive to our needs. We had some small things that needed fixing and he was quick to respond and come over to make sure everything was working. I appreciate that he really cared about us having a great time and went above and beyond to shows us all the tricks to the house like working the amazing TV/sound system and turning all the fireplaces. The TV was huge and you could coordinate the sound to come in every room in the house, a sports fan dream! The rooms were very comfortable, the primary bedroom was like a whole separate wing in the house with indoor jacuzzi, Japanese style toilet, spacious office, seating area with TV and access to the patio. The other rooms were well divided with their own bathroom. The downstairs room was perfect for the kids to stay with a bunk bed and where all the games are stored.If you are looking for a beautiful high end place to bring the family together in Pebble Beach/Carmel Area you will not be disappointed. I almost forgot to mention that the had the house decorated for Christmas and it was so pretty and special. If we didn't have already plans for Christmas we would organize a family get together under the big tree. I can't wait to come back again for another celebration

Anthony's property is fantastic for a family getaway. We enjoyed the house with our parents, grandparents, and infant daughter. The outdoor space is one of the best we've ever seen anywhere. Anthony was extremely communicative and checked in on us frequently to ensure everything was going well.

We had a wonderful time in Monterey! The property is amazing with tons to do and lots of fun for grownups and kids. Anthony was a great communicator and the entire process was smooth. We appreciated that he was flexible with us and very informative. We really enjoyed our experience here!

The house is beautiful, well maintained and had everything we could need and more. Especially love the outdoor space. The location is beautiful and convenient to Monterrey, Carmel by the Sea and of course Pebble Beach and everything along the 17 mile drive. Anthony and Brianna were exceptionally responsive and helpful. Also, it isn’t always easy to find a place this nice that allows pets - they even left treats for our dog!
