The house was perfect for our large group gathering- it was an 85th bd celebration for my mother in law. 7 bedrooms (5 with queen beds and 2 rooms with 2 twin beds). Big open kitchen and family room was great for hanging out. Kenneth was incredibly responsive on messaging with me and recommended a chef for us. The chef and her crew made us a beautiful dinner for our group on saturday night and Kenneth made sure there were enough dishes for our large group. we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. My only wish was that there were more bathrooms (4 total in the house). But this was only a minor inconvenience. Two thumbs up. Beautiful house, stunning location (right off 17 mile drive) and a short walk to the Lodge. We had brunch in the lodge on day. 3 mile walk to downtown Carmel.

Kenneth’s place was beautiful and just what we were looking for to host our work retreat for our executive team! He was very responsive and was always easy to communicate with. The rooms were very clean and the home is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful serene yard with a fireplace to enjoy with company. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to stay indoors and make a dinner feast. We loved the game room the most. It had a tv and fireplace in there with a comfy couch and a nice selection of games, though we brought our own for our own event. Overall, would definitely stay here again. Right next to the water and inside of 17 mile drive/pebble beach. Thanks again Kenneth!

Located in pebble beach with a beautiful view of the ocean, coast, and pebble beach golf course, this place was amazing. It’s better and more spacious than pictures. The host was very responsive (within 1 hour) on every query pre and during stay and accommodating. Will definitely choose it again and every guest loved it unanimously.
