Our experience staying in Anita's house was more than we could have imagined. The quality of the house, the history of the house, and the preparation by Anita is five stars plus. Anita checked in with us (almost) every day to see how we were doing, and to give us points of interest on what what was happening in Ajo that we might not know about. She is a five star hostess. This is a nice, comfortable, and roomy house in a fantastic location. Ajo is a wonderful town and this is why we decided to visit it for a second time. This house is within sight of the beautiful Plaza and right across the street from a classically styled Roman Catholic Church. We spent many hours sitting in the front yard looking at the plaza, enjoying the beautiful weather, and twice a day listening to the Carillon at the church. The front yard had many interesting plants in it some of which attract hummingbirds which we always enjoy seeing. The house was very clean and well equipped. Anita is excellent about communicating and answered every question that we had. We certainly recommend staying here.

Anita's historical Ajo home is magical. it is very close to the beautiful plaza and churches. The home is spotless and lovely. She leaves you plenty of linens and an amazing kitchen with all types of cookware and a lovely array of condiments. I very much look forward to my next stay. Thank you, Anita!

Anita's home is a gem. Gracious host, tons of amenities, and very good location in Ajo with proximity to Organ Pipe NM and Cabeza Prieta wilderness.

Great stay, the amenities were above and beyond, we bought nothing, could have easily cooked a gourmet meal, only needing the main course, everything else was provided, spices, oils, serving and cooking utensils, tastefully decorated that suited the area, fell in love with one piece of art, on mantel, painting of variety of cacti.
