We had a great stay! The location was great, essentially right in the middle of Newport Pier and Balboa Pier. It was nice to be a mile away from both areas and the beach and bay were short walks. Nice porch to relax with a drink. The house was very clean and had a great beach vibe to it. Would definitely stay again.

Tastefully decorated. Thoughtful touches like beach toys and an extra pull out mattress. Close to beach and marina.

Elizabeth house is very strategic in New Port Beach areas, if you like to jog it offers a nice jogging track near the beach. Please expect some road noise as it is beside the main road in the area. Thanks

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The location is great and the unit is nicely updated, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The A/C is limited to 68 as the coldest setting. This was a bit of an issue for me as I wanted to keep the windows shut at night - due to street noise - and the unit quickly becomes stuffy because the AC won't go lower than 68. I asked the hosts to adjust this and they said they would/could not. I finally cracked the windows and used ear plugs and that worked pretty well. Note, there are no "safety bars" on the windows so felt a bit unsafe to me as this unit is on the first floor. However, this area is generally pretty safe. The hosts also Airbnb the unit directly above. One night that guest had what sounded like a party and kept me awake until 3am. I told the hosts and they apologized for this. All in all a lovely stay, and the hosts did graciously accommodate my ask of a later check out.
