Great location and staff was easy to get ahold of. Unfortunately there were several issues. The #1 was the noise from the upstairs unit. Vacuum at 6am and babies running back and forth stomping creating lots of noise. Although management had contacted them to be mindful of the guest below , they continued with the noise and it really created a bad experience. They would not allow us to move to another unit so Instead of relaxing and sleeping in it was unfortunately noisy all weekend. These homes are old and the floors are paper thin. Additionally the blankets had not been washed I could smell that it had been quite some time. The dishes were dirty when I attempted to use them. I don’t think the cleaning staff is doing a thorough job. Bathrooms overall were clean. It would have been nice to have some coffee pods in the morning some extra amenities. This place is basic you need to pretty much bring everything. Location was great, walking distance to everything and right on the sand

My family and I had a great time. The property was as advertised and right on the beach with beautiful surroundings. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the pier. Accommodations were great, rooms and beds were perfect for our group of 5. The only issue we ran into was on the last night we had a leak from the rain. It came in through the dining area and it created a bit of an inconvenience since we had to put buckets out for it. We don't get much rain in California so it was unexpected and not enough time to let the property manager know to fix it. It kind of put a damper on our dinner for the last night. Otherwise, it was great and weather was perfect besides that last night. It's a great place if you're in need of a relaxing beach getaway.

Management Co. required extended rental agreement, photo verification by email, they couldn’t locate the email and sent a text requesting photo of DL and selfie of me holding the ID. Just an uncomfortable request in my opinion. We got to the property and there was a pungent smell throughout the unit. We narrowed it to the hall bath, bought candles and aired the property as best we could. The smell subsided but returned when we stepped out for a few hours. You will hear and interact with the upstairs neighbors during your stay. They access the beach through a common sidewalk. The beach front location is great, it is a short walk to the piers, shops, food, and drinks.
