I can't say enough great things about Andy's place. I stayed here for spring break with my husband and four kids and we were the most comfortable we've ever been at an Airbnb. The house is modern and chock full of amenities--from Sonos speakers and a giant flatscreen TV that is perfect for family movie nights to outdoor heaters, a pristine grill and roaring fire pit. I also appreciated that Andy threw in a slew of other smaller amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower, not to mention paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond that, the house location was our favorite part. Just two blocks to the beach, the house is right off the boardwalk and walkable to Lido Village, the Newport pier and beyond. We used the bikes daily, in addition to all the beach gear--chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and more. Andy is an excellent host, I'll recommend this house to everyone!

What an amazing home! We loved the stackable doors, firepit, outdoor space. The kitchen is so nice too. We fell in love with all the beds! So comfy. Andy is the best host, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Andy is the best super host we have ever stayed with! Incredibly responsive, flexible and thoughtful. The home is immaculate and perfectly situated on a very quiet street minutes away from the best stretch of beach in fabulous Newport Beach!

Fabulous accommodation, that is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Great amenities and perfect for a family stay. The extras like the fire-pit and bikes made it a real holiday for our family. We would highly recommend Andy’s place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
