Our stay at this beach home was fabulous! Everything about the trip was great. Joey was extremely easy to work with and responded to any question we had immediately. His place was very clean and we felt right at home. Our kids had a blast and rode the bikes all over Newport and we loved sitting on the patio with the windows open enjoying the beachfront! Everyone around Joeys place was so kind and we felt safer than ever. Everything was walking distance.....shopping, great restaurants, the pier and so much more! We will definitely book this beach front home again! Thanks Joey:)

Joey was an excellent host! He met me at the house and let me check in early, even greeted with a bottle of wine. The house was as described and matched the pics. We loved being there anecdotes we were so comfortable. It’s so fun to be able to watch the action on the boardwalk with the doors open. We even got to see a couple get engaged at sunset on the beach right in front of us! Fun to shout our congratulations from the porch!

We had such a wonderful stay. This place was so great and easy and peaceful. Our son ran to the beach while we watched in the home. The massage table came in handy when we had a massues come over. We cooked dinners easily while also being able to walk to restaurants. We can't wait to come back and stay. A great location and great place.

Joey was amazing! He gave us a tour of the home, he was very responsive via text. Home was beautiful, loved the beach view. Clean clean clean home! Definitely will stay here again!
