Tough to beat the view and top notch kitchen. Overall a beauty!

The location was amazing with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the family room, kitchen, and balcony. The home was immaculate and well stocked. We walked to restaurants during our stay, never used the car once. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was included. Our trip was relaxing and stress free because the host, Christopher, was informative and welcoming. Looking forward to going back soon.

We had a great vacation and the home was perfect for our needs, including the wide open slide away doors to the patio and the beach view beyond. The only minor issues included the gate handle that came off when opened, and the keypad instructions that left off the proper code sequence. The good news is that Christopher responded quickly. Newport is a fantastic getaway.

Christopher’s place was perfectly located and beautifully yet comfortably furnished. Perfect for a beach getaway for our small family, and a big plus was having kids toys available for our 3 year old as well as all the beach equipment we needed. Communication was super clear and responsive and when an issue came up (not their fault) they responded and fixed it right away. Kitchen was well stocked and the space was great — keeping the windows open gave us that ocean breeze and sparkling blue water view even when we weren’t at the beach. Would highly recommend- Thanks for the lovely stay!
