Great location. It had everything we need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions during our stay. The firepit and hot tub on the roof were super fun additions.

Beautiful location, two very nice units well furnished and clean and roof is wonderful as well. There were a few maintenance issues but they came very quickly to fix it the next day. Note: the two units are not connected inside, so you have to go outside to go between the two. Hosts are super responsive and helpful

The home was a perfect place to stay for a vacation in Newport for a group of 10. We were cleared for an early check in and they were very clear on the instructions and communication. I would recommend Avant Stay to a friend and will look into more of their locations for future spots!

We have stayed with AvantStay a few times. They are typically very responsive and very helpful. This house is beautiful, the proximity to the beach and bike paths was perfect for us. Two garage spots, one car port spot and an uncovered spot behind the house was good for us on parking. There is decent street parking there as well. The neighborhood is very quiet aside from come construction and the occasional loud vehicles on PCH. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the roof. We had a couple issues that we reported to AvantStay and they were very responsive in taking care of it.
