LINENS: All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee. LAUNDRY: Shared coin-operated washer and dryer on-site LOCATION: Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport’s beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.
