Host was terrible, downgraded us to a small room the night before, tried to charge us additional $170+ in addition to our room which 100% paid for. Did not respond to any of our communications, messages, phone calls, text. I would absolutely not recommend this facility! However, Airbnb was amazing, credited a portion of out stay, immediately responded to any and all communications. I love Airbnb!

We were notified when we arrived that the room we booked was no longer available. They did move us to another place, but it took a very long time and my kids were tired and my husband was angry. I'm hesitant to give a poor review because I think it was the owner of the unit that pulled the place out from under us and Extra Hilidays did what they could to move us, but it was a difficult and long process. I had to call multiple times and had to be transferred to the person who originally handled our case, and it took a while for them to pay the difference at the place they moved us to, which was more expensive and not as nice. It was a frustrating experience.

Loved this location. Perfect place to stay. Not to close to the strip but not to far. Loved the pond that we stayed by. Lots to do near this location. Washer and dryer which weren’t listed. We loved this stay. Will definitely be looking into staying here next year. Out of three years coming to the dells this was the best experience.

There was a last minute change but it matched what I had reserved. Spacious layout and great staff. Nice pool area. Would def stay again!
