When my friend and I arrived we didn’t expect what we smelt or saw when we entered the condo. The smell of mustiness and chemicals was so strong we couldn’t even stay there. Our throats, skin, and eyes burned and our skin turned visibly red. We weren’t sure if we needed to go to urgent care or not after leaving that place. We ended up just going home because both of us felt that bad. The condo was not what was pictured online! It was dirty and run down. It is a lot smaller than you think and FYI, the bunk beds are not for adults, only a toddler could fit in them. This is what we experienced! I hope the host addresses these issues so the next people who visit won’t go through what we went through!!

It was inexpensive but nice. The proximity to the beach and the 61st street pier is unmatched. The place is smaller than what I thought, but we weren’t in the room much so it was fine. The host was professional and accommodating when we asked to check in early. We did find the pull out hadn’t been cleaned upon check in but we got in early and rushed everyone, so it was no big deal. There are beach and bath towels, linens and extra pillows for the pull out. The balcony was very nice and had some beach items for use like a wagon and cooler (the cooler had seen better days so we used our own). Our room was right by the pool and people were out there pretty late, but we didn’t hear them inside the condo. The only thing all of us hated was the elevator, which is out of the host’s control. It was terribly slow (if you can just use the stairs) and always wet and slippery from pool goers. We would choose to stay here again and are very grateful for our vacay spot! Thank you Hal!
