Loved the proximity to the beach. Kids had a lot of fun exploring the fun activities in the garage area. Great place to stay.
The neighbors were friendly. It was not as close to the beachy area as we'd like but worth the price and location. The space was amazing for our teen celebrating a big day for him. We enjoyed all the homey items in the place-games, grill, large kitchen, multiple TVs, and full game room. Everyone had their privacy and it was very comfortable. I recommend this location for small gatherings as it is off the beaten path yet comfortable away from the tourists. We always enjoy Galveston and this was a great get-a-way for our family. For young ones, 13-18, there was a lot of things to keep them occupied in the house. Everyone enjoyed themselves!
