The house is perfectly located for trips to Manchester and the North-West in general. The beds are super comfy. As another guest has said the window in the dining area did not lock but the owner had a handyman visit within an hour to rectify the problem. The bins were full in the garden area but this was not a problem to us as we ate out most of the time.

The place is rather big, as listed it's a 3 bedroom house with multiple beds, two bathrooms. It's located really close to the tram stop, so getting around was not a problem. We came with a car, so it was good that the place offers parking and it's gated, so it's more secure than it would be on the street. Another benefit of this place was a local cat that visited during our stay, said hi the very first day we arrived. However, the place does come with some flaws, first of all, it wasn't very clean when we arrived, nail clippings on the carpet, a cigarette laying on the kitchen floor, and bins were overflowing with random non-sorted stuff in them. Also, there was a strange smell in the kitchen, later we discovered, that somebody put the rice in the rice cooker and left it for months, hence it was rotting. Other flaws include a window that opens from inside and outside, it does not lock, the downstairs bathroom is quite cold to be in and the shower doors only partially close.
