Beautiful spacious self contained flat on quiet residential street (I live in flat below). Balcony with amazing view, you won't believe that you're only 10 minutes drive from the city centre! The apartment can comfortably sleep up to 9 adults, however the price is for 5 maximum, please contact me prior to booking for details etc, if more than 5 guests requested. Excellent location adjoining the amazing, historic Boggart Hole Clough. 'Corner shop' on street & large shopping centre 0.5 miles. Private entrance to stairway to first floor. Spacious lounge with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and extra large swivel chair and small chair. Spacious kitchen with table and 4 chairs and patio doors to small balcony with two chairs and table. External spiral staircase from here down to private patio area with table and six chairs. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Bedroom 1 on main (first floor) with double bed and bed settee (sleeps 1 adult or 2 infants). Staircase to bedroom 2 with small double bed and double bed settee (sleeps 2).

Constant communication. Everything was as described
maxine was really accommodating as a host, making concessions, which went a long way to making this a great stay. Communication was excellent with Maxine replying within about 20 minutes. the property itself was exactly as listed, with more than enough space. the heating worked well and I had everything I needed [plates, cutlery, towels etc] for my stay. I'd definitely stay here again!!

The flat is second and third floor of an end terraced house in a quiet residential area.
Adjacent to the property at the rear is Boggart Hole Clough, with the entrance being less than 50 metres away.
There are tennis and basket ball courts, running track, bowling green, two childrens playgrounds, two fishing lakes and a cafe.
The clough has vast interesting historic woodland and many, many walks.
Beware the Boggart though! 😃
There is a licensed 'corner shop' approx 100 metres in the opposite direction. Here you can get most provisions to get you by.
Approx half a mile (10 mins walk) is Harpurhey Shopping Centre with a vast array of stores and eateries ...

Approx 1 mile away is the main shopping area of Moston Lane.
Here there are dozens of cafes/takeaways!
There are many African and Caribbean stores, plus other shops, butchers, green grocers etc.
There is parking on the road outside and there's never usually an issue getting a space. If there are no spaces available there are always plenty of spaces on Glen Avenue (20 metres away).
Just a ten minute walk through the park takes you to Rochdale Road, one of the main roads into the city centre. There are lots of buses into the city centre which is 3 miles away, or Middleton Centre (same distance, opposite direction).
There is also a bus stop on Moston Lane (opposite end of my street) with more buses into city centre).
