I complained because of mould in bathroom, stains on all the carpets, broken doors to balconies which i see other guests have complained about and still not fixed. Poor quality bedding, cracks in walls, stains on furniture and walls, place thick in dust, missing slats in blinds so the apartments in the next block can see in. keys have to be collected and dropped off at a location 5 minutes walk away which is inconvenient and then the fob doesn’t work for the underground parking.i sent a message with pictures of all the problems and the host who then said i was lying, trying to get a refund i wasn’t entitled too. and said his cleaning staff were exemplary. How someone can be in such denial when the evidence is so clear in the pictures is unbelievable.
