We had a wonderful stay. Comfy beds, all kitchen & braai utensils available, lovely view of the forrest. Walking distance to the beach. It’s tricky to find and a very steep road to navigate. But Mike came to escort us from the main road. Our SUV managed with a trailer. Lovely, quiet beach with beautiful tidal pools and the river mouth is perfect for kids to swim.

Despite the rain on the last two days of our stay, we had a great time in this comfortable, well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. The hosts were great and very helpful during the booking stage and throughout our stay. We will definitely be back for more enjoyable walks on the beach and just to chill on the deck high in tree canopy.

Yet another fantastic stay at Cheryl and Mike's venue. This is easily one of our favourite holiday venues in South Africa - the combination of accommodation, location and hosts always make for this to be a superb destination. We love the peace and quiet, the accessibility to the river and beach and the general simplicity of being there. This is the third time we've stayed here, and we most certainly intend to return.
