A bit of a pity about the noisy road close by, but other than that, a beautiful, peaceful setting. The house is beautiful with all amenities as described. Lungi was lovely and so helpful. Our family had great fun with all the water toys available and the river was perfect with safe swimming for the younger kids. We are already planning our next trip

Jo’s place was just what we needed after a long day of travel. We could lay our heads down to sleep in very comfortable beds and have a refreshing shower as well. We would love to come back and stay longer next time.

JO's place was fantastic! we were 10 guests and everyone wants to go back. Children had more than enough room to run around and play, the braai area is nice and sheltered from the weather. Everyone loved the canoes. We'll be back for sure!

We loved our 4 nights at Jo's place. It was perfectly situated on the river with rolling lawns. The canoes and sub provided activities for the energetic crew.
