The place was very cozy and well equipped. It had everything I needed for my stay. Greg and Patricia were quite responsive to my texts and emails. I would definitely recommend their place to others.

A nice place to stay, close to everything, needs maintenance and thorough cleanup on the corners, (to drive away the little creepy crawlers) I requested few things and it was delivered by Patricia in no time, all in all I quite enjoyed my stay because the proximity of the place to the airport is absolutely perfect. The security guard commented when I was still around after 6 days ( you’re still here?) I was quite offended and felt that I should have checked out on the original checkout date rather than extending for another 2 days for this reason I don’t think I will book again in the future Philippines holiday.

It's our second stay at Greg's place and it was better with the clock installed! The place was clean although I saw mini cockroaches by the bathroom but we only saw two so we handled the problem quickly, the place has a great spot because restaurants and malls are near. Will book again in the future!
