I felt the check in process was fine. But the guest situation is really the worst I’ve ever seen. You have to have all id’s already approved before they’re allowed to come up to your room. So for example if you want to have a friend come up to relax after dinner. You have to take a picture of their ID, send it to the host or her helper. Then they in turn need to send it to the guards and then they have to have it printed up to be able to physically look at the printed copy before letting someone up to the room. Which isn’t a big deal if it’s a planned event that you know a day or two in advance. But imagine meeting someone at a bar for a drink or for dinner, then you want him/her to be able to come back to your room. But you then realize that you can’t because you have to go through this long drawn out process every time. Seems so silly to me. And everyone that I’ve talked to about it. The host got really upset and rude with me when I mentioned I wasn’t happy. Also the bed had hair all over it. I mentioned that to the host and she told me that I was wrong Hahahaha and that everyone before was happy there and if I didn’t like it I could leave because she hadn’t received the money anyway through Airbnb. Was just really caught off guard by the whole experience with her and the guards. Eventually I just ended up bribing the guards whenever I wanted a guest to be able to come up. Also the communication was very poor I assume between either her and the guards or her and the help. They kept calling prior guests and asking them if they had gotten in the room or not. Even though it was someone else that was trying to enter. Imagine if I was married how that would have worked out with my wife, their confusion could have really ruined a trip for me. Overall the room was cheap and as advertised as far as the way it looked.

Joy's place was very clean at the good basic amenities was close the airport. The guards were very courteous and professional. We enjoyed our stay and will be rebooking in the near future!!!!
