As shown in the pictures, the apartment is clean and nice and very close to Manila Airport Terminal 3. Nearby are new buildings and hotels, also lots of restaurants that it’s easy to find eats. My flight landed at midnight and the host checked me in. She is a responsible person and always responsive. Hope to back again.
Unit is clean and comfy but no cellular signal (I’m Globe user) at lobby and room. Wifi is available with good connection.
Location is on point. Very close to the airport and the shuttle service was excellent. Grace was very nice and her staff was helpful. A little hard to locate when you are not from around the area and the network signal in the lobby is a downside but we were made aware about this. I just wish there’s wifi provided in the lobby but this is more of a building management issue. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely book again.

Situated across the hustle and bustle of NAIA Terminal 3, 81 Newport Boulevard is strategically located along Andrew’s Avenue, beside Savoy Hotel Manila.
If you are coming from NAIA Terminal 3 Arrivals area, go to the 4F then walk through the RUNWAY MANILA, an air-conditioned 200-meter walkway bridge between NAIA Terminal 3 and Newport City. It is a 6-minute walk to cross the Andrews Avenue. At the end of the walkway, take the lift down going to the street-level. 81 Newport Boulevard reception lobbies are about 1-2 mins walk away from McDonald’s, depending on which cluster your unit is located.
Likewise, we also offer a hassle-free private airport shuttle service for transfers whether you are coming from NAIA Terminals 1, 2, even 3, and 4, for a minimal fee. You can also take an airport taxi or Grab.
A parking slot can be arranged for a fee of P300 per day—payable through the Airbnb App (subject to availability). In case, a nearby pay parking area is available as well.
