A very newly converted lovely big apartment for two including a huge bathroom. There was plenty of space for parking and we were right next door to the bar/bistro. Bowness on Solway is a quiet out of the way sort of place that is perfect for our cycling (no hills) and not far from the lake district (if you are looking for hills)

We stayed there one night before walking Hadrian’s wall path. It is right at the start of the itinerary, which is super convenient. The flat was exactly what we expected and clean. Good communication with Stella. Thank you

A lovely stay in a pristine studio, everything perfect, albeit getting woken up by the village Cock-a-doodle-doo, repeatedly was a wake up call in every way 😀

Accomodation bigger than expected, comfortable base to explore the area. Good for self catering with dishwasher, cooker, microwave ect. Really beautiful location with lovely views, rspb sites nearby, lots of flat roads to cycle. Difficult to sleep due to Cockerell that starts up at 4.30am until 9am in the courtyard by all the apartments. Also if there is a heavy footed person upstairs you can hear them as ceiling floorboards creak.
