Lovely tent and location. We could only stay 2 nights but it was comfortable, warm and dry despite the wind and rain! The campsite is great, wash facilities are clean and the café does a superb breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff, loads to do but easy to sit, relax and watch the lake.

We had a lovely time at Stithians lake and the team were very friendly and accommodating. On arrival I asked for another sheet for the double bed as there were a few hairs on it but apart from that it was all very clean. I wouldn't recommend the bell tent for a family/group of 4 as it was a bit too snug when the two air mattresses were down. The undercover kitchen/table area was great and it was a quiet campsite. The kids enjoyed the playground and we had a great kayak/sail on the lake. In all it was very good value for money and I would recommend.

We just arrived back after a fantastic 5 days away. Lark and Mark were great and very friendly in helping get us set up and throughout our stay. We stayed in Oppie which was lovely and clean, great to have the option of the cooking pack as well. The bathrooms were clean and kept well stocked. There was so much to do even when the weather wasn’t great. We got on the lake one day which was great, both kids and adults had lots of fun. Theres a great pub 5 minutes walk from the site which has great food and friendly staff. Hopefully planning to come back next year for a longer stay.

Lark was really responsive with our last-minute booking. The tent was clean and comfortable, and we loved the outdoor cooking area. Also, the cooking pack was such a bargain and saved having to pack a load of extras.
