Great base for a family holiday. Well-equipped cottage suited to our needs. Inside all on one floor and plenty of space for everyone to get some privacy. Garden (down one step) was a bonus, with comfortable outdoor furniture, darts and table football. We spent much of our time out and about so free parking close by was helpful to come back to. Lovely to cosy up in the living room or play games at the kitchen table in the evenings. Communication with the owners was clear and response times were excellent on the very few occasions we were in contact.

This is a quaint old cottage with the creaks and groans you might expect. Position is amazing - near beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Down side is parking - it’s not always available outside and you may have to look on another street. It was great to have a private garden/ patio area and a small shop around the corner for small purchases. The shower is in the en-suite of one of the bedrooms - which is ok for families but may be more difficult for non family co- stays.

The cottage by the sea was as described, the place was clean and well equipped, it was nice to sit in the private garden early evening.

A lovely place to stay, close to beach and town centre. Secluded, sunny garden out of the wind which was great on windy days. Cottage had all mod cons and games summerhouse was a great plus. Great walks for the dog along beach to Rustington and beyond. Hope to return.
